Do the homeless need more housing in beach front? Wouldn't it make more sense where it's more affordable and away from alcohol outlets or do we just support their addictions?

It can't be inland or any place that is not convenient to a methadone dispensary, Father Joes, Hep A screening (County Health), the Welfare office (last I remember there one was in North Park, but hey, there are buses). etc.

There's no Welfare office in North Park, but there's one at 73rd & ECB. There was a a probation office, but they've moved.
