Good evening to you. We will be visiting SD/Coronado Beach in mid July for our daughters fall break as we live in Arizona. I've read other posts about others first trips, so its been greatly insightful from the Zoo etc. We will be traveling with our two daughter 14 and 15, which at that age is always hit and miss if they want to do anything lol. Any suggestions on restaurant or things to see/do? Im sure there will be a lot of relaxing at the Beach but definitely interested in evening events etc. I know one day we are swimming with sharks so that should be interesting. What about restaurants? Outside of the chain restaurants...we enjoy Cuban, Mexican and other various styles that are not the norm.

thanks!

To confirm, you are talking about July of 2018?

Wow, a real over-a-year-in-advance planner from AZ to SD. (I'm usually a 8-10 month advance planner)
Teens (and all alike) may like Burger Lounge on Coronado.
Azucar is a great Cuban bakery in Ocean Beach, with great meat-patty-pastries
Bull Taco in Encinitas.
Someone on this forum will likely respond with an essay for you soon.

Strange, first you say July and then its October..ok slight mistake. I get it, but 2018? How the hell do you plan events over a year away. Who the hell knows what will be going on next October. And just where in San Diego is the "swim with the sharks" experience?
