Even on parts of Ingram street by the beach areas, and certain downtown neighborhoods there's always something city crews or utility workers are tearing up, and after the job is done, the streets are in terrible considerably worse condition! I am surprised by the ****ty patch jobs and crappy quality of work done after they finish up.

I don't understand how the city allows this to happen without any consequences? It's completely unacceptable and utility companies should be fined for not doing a better job and repaving where they tore up an entire street and the inconvenience they are causing to drivers on the road.
