Pick out some addresses, and drive around at night to check out the parking, because even with assigned parking, you may not have any.

It depends on where you are on ECB. When I lived in City Heights (Corridor), the other side of ECB was Normal Heights. Now I live off of 47th & ECB, but I'm on the Talmadge side. I still consider it City Heights, though.

Regarding grass, if you would be happy looking at OTHER people's grass, and I'm not talking about the funny kind, there are lots of homes with yards in Talmadge, so you could enjoy their yards as you walk through the neighborhood.

Talmadge has access to plenty of cheap Mexican places, but they are exactly that, cheap and average Mexican. They aren't good Mexican. A Chau's are noted for their egg rolls, but I've never actually gotten around to having them.

As for Auburn Drive, I'm not an expert, but if were recommending City Heights, it wouldn't be the first part of City Heights I'd recommend.
