Bone dry in Mission Valley. SD has a semi arid climate. If you look at some of the old historical photos especially of Old Town there’s hardly a tree or bush in sight.

And Mt. Laguna had its first snow of this winter last week.

I am loving the rain here and the snow it is bringing to the Sierra Mountains. We are skiing at Mammoth the week before Christmas and the snow is off to a good start.
