Need recommendations for yard work providers? (La Mesa, Mesa: house, live in, property)

I live in La Mesa and hired a crew to come do my yard work every other week. They stop by, trim a few hedges back, use the blower, etc. They usually spend 10-15 minutes at most on the property. I pay them $50 for per month, so $25/visit. My property is like 7000 SF no grass, just a small hill with retaining wall in back, a side "garden" type thing with a few bushes and a small front yard with a few ice plants, etc.

Every time they come, it seems like I end up having to spend more time cleaning up their mess than it's worth. They are big on using the blower and the motorized trimmer that spins the little string around. When they do that in the back yard, it ends up flicking small grass and weed cuttings all over the side of my house on the stucco. They've broken a few sprinklers, and today when they were hedging the bushes in front of my front window, they gouged several pieces of my wood siding, leaving unexposed quarter sized gouges.

I got their information from one of the drivebys where they put their flyer in a plastic bag with rocks and throw it on the driveway.

But enough is enough, I'm done fixing all these things that they mess up. Any referrals that work in La Mesa?
