Wifi calling will use your network (if you’re on one) to make the call so the reception should be better. Supposedly it doesn’t cost extra and if you’re calling from your home network it should help. If you’re not connected to a network it won’t do anything. I had to update my home address for 911 when I turned it on.

Thanks. But by reception I meant Will my phone ring more often? Today my phone usually does not ring in my house. On my outside patio my phone rings on all incoming calls. Will WiFi-calling help with that?

With AT&T, you'd get 'no service' in my driveway. I live only a few miles from the antenna farm on Mt Soledad but I think the cell phone providers point those antenna to the La Jolla side of the 5. That's where the money is.

All of the vendors and contractors who come to my house have the same problem with Sprint and T-Mobile. Verizon is my only answer and that's with marginal coverage. Can you hear me now?

That antenna farm is for TV, not cell service.

I have t-mobile. It works just fine. I went with them because they have a good deal for vets.
