They're not secret, it just involves asking a question.

Too bad there’s no jobs unless you want low skill construction like concrete and landscaping. If you want to work a real skilled trade you’re kinda screwed.

I don’t have the credit for it anyway. 700 but only 1 year of a secured card. It was 650ish until I got rid of that collection. I can’t even get approved for a room in a shared house/apartment with the 700.

It would take some serious stones to buy a house in April with all the uncertainty.

If I was on the fence about selling I’d pull the trigger right now. We still don’t know what lies ahead, and with the lack of inventory houses are selling quick. I’d wait to buy. Not so much as the market may collapse (doubtful, but you never know), but from the standpoint I wouldn’t want to settle on what’s out there compared to normal times.
This makes sense. Except I am looking to buy and sell. The low inventory makes it hard to find a home that checks all the important boxes. I am hoping next summer the inventory will be better. Assuming the economy will be on recovery.

Try other States, CA has been thrashed by illegal alien labor. Nothing changing soon. You can't have union labor and sanctuary city, illegal aliens lined up for the same jobs.

Have you been to Hawaii? It's the same situation there. Every Hawaiian works 2 sometimes 3 jobs. I was just another dumb 'Haole'.

Ya, first thing I noticed. We hit Maui often. My favorite place is Lahaina.
