Hi all,

I wanted to get some thoughts on these apartment complex. I have googled and read reviews some are positive others are mixed and not sure if those reviews should be taken with a grain of salt or there is some truth to it.

1. La Jolla Palms
2. 360crossroads
3. Torrey hills
4. Torrey villas

Prefer townhouse or SFH, bu in our budget of keeping it under $2500, not seeing any decent townhouse, unless we look in a different area. The reason to look at these areas is to be close to our family who live in La Jolla and get their support as this is going to be a temporary move for us for 9-12 months and potentially making its permanent move if our company changed it policy on WFH for the forceable future.

Take all apt reviews with a grain of salt. No one brags about their apt. They only write something when they have a gripe.

Can't help you with any of the apt complexes you are looking at. The best way to evaluate an apt complex is to go there. Go there a few times. Both day and nite. Only you know what you like.
