Prosecutors must be really confident in their case if there's no body. He certainly looks guilty. His actions practically scream it. And since she was allegedly in an affair, there's an obvious motive. But everything revealed in news stories about the case is circumstantial and I don't know how well they can convict based on nothing but coincidences. We'll see, I guess.

Exactly, unless they find the body there is no way the prosecution gets a Conviction.
The most impressive part of this trial so far is Millete defense. I believe she’s a family law attorney and has never had a criminal defense case.
