1. Do I need a locked gun safe at home?

2. As I remember, transporting guns to a range has a lot of rules. No?

Wait. You don’t know these things?
Sounds like you aren’t ready for gun ownership yet you feel you know enough to say what laws should be passed for owning them?

I don't set gun laws. I was just trying to figure out what gun laws I needed to abide by.

But you were questioning if someone disagreed about registering firearms.
I appreciate you educating yourself about the laws. How do you feel about the current laws of purchasing and ownership?

The ten day wait period is a death sentence for any woman forced to file a restraining order. She needs that firearm NOW not after ten days. Ridiculous.

Domestic violence has always been the biggest reason for a RO.

When would you ever not need a safe?

I live in Arizona, which has none of the gun nuttiness of California. And all of mine are in a safe if I'm not carrying or using them.
