There will be a refugee given an admission to a top school over an American born citizen that is well qualified, all in the name of “diversity.” If there is any shortage of doctors, it’s because there is not enough medical schools, or that tuition is too high. We do not need to import anyone. Realize, Omar Mateen was an Afghani who killed 49 people, and seriously wounded 53. The largest single killing spree in U.S. history at the time.

Within 5 years, the odds are very high we will have another terrorist attack likely from an Afghani refugee. Last March there was a Syrian born Muslim extremist who killed 10 innocent Americans in Boulder,CO in a grocery store. So much for gratitude for being saved from a country being massacred by its own leader. Did you notice how this incident was quite downplayed by the media? Within two days, it disappeared. The truth is, history has proven, many of these people will not adapt to living in a free society.

I definitely remember them in North Park when I lived there in the 70's into the 80's. I lived on Arizona St and they were in apartments all around me. The grocery store on University I think was Market Basket. These poor people were going in there with their kids that were naked. They had no idea how to shop in a grocery store. Sadly they were also getting hit by cars crossing the street. Training programs had to be put in place to teach them to cloth thier kids before leaving thier apts. Or how to cross a busy street without getting hit by cars. You couldn't help feel sorry for them and I remember wondering why this wasn't addressed before they were resettled in communities.

I certainly hope things go better for the all the Afghans as they are resettled.

We should have went in, done the job, and gotten out. There is no reason to spend 10 years trying to create a democracy in a country that didn't ask for it. And yes we owe those that helped us. But we created this situation, and the reason it never ended sooner is no one wanted to deal with the repercussions of leaving. Honestly now we are in the drone era anyway and we don't need to be on the ground to take out a high value military target anymore.

More likely, the refugee would work harder and have more ambition and mojo to earn his med school slot.
So you're for a well-regulated militia; that a well-regulated militia shall not be infringed

With all these imports we are going to see a lot more of these shootings. You can count on it.

Even a chick https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rizwan...Tashfeen_Malik

Not to mention the local mosque related to 911.

Far more shootings are already domestic.
We should well regulate the militia more, if oaths are kept

Yes, you’re right. We shouldn’t interfere, regardless. It’s not our problem, nor our responsibility. Since WWII, the U.S. has been the worlds police officer, trying to spread peace, and it has to stop.
The United States has so many human rights violations and corruption inside of America yet you want me to believe we want to FREE people from thousands of miles away and disregard all of the human rights violations we have in America. You're hilarious!
