I don't get that Gov Newson had a contentious but pathetically failed recall vote attempt a year or two ago, but no serious challenge for a now 2nd term? Is he still presiding over an innovative strong economy and state wide libitarian social views and higher taxes but very good public universities and outdoor public spaces though a population exodus and homelessness problems?

I only saw it once on K YOU SI, thought it was hilarious, and haven't been able to find it again on TV or online.
Yes.

It was running constantly during one of my shows a few weeks ago.

That woman yelling, "Suck-aaaahhhs" at the end of the commercial gave me nightmares. Yeesh.

As an ancient Reagan Democrat and current Biden moderate centrist, I miss the constitutionally principled grande olde Gop of John McCain who held country over party. Now we got a deranged anti democracy cult party. Remember TDS - who is effin deranged now? Marge Greene, Gaetz, Boehbart, Gosar, trump, Biggs, Massie, Cruz. They call us RINOs and commies. I prefer nevertrump.

How could it possibly take this long to count votes for county races and ballot measures.

Not that it matters, but Brian Dahle is ahead with OC voters for the governor's race in that County....and he is from NorCal. The OC voters seem to have had enough of Newsom unlike all the other large counties.
