Believe me, it IS scary. Exciting, but scary. I've done my due diligence for the last eighteen months and I'm ready to go forward.

Maybe add a bathroom, or redo a kitchen. The kitchen I could probably do myself, but the bathroom I'd have no idea.

This is San Diego so you should get your return no problem. That is if you decide to sell.

Yep, that's right! But hey, at least I got into the housing market and paid those low prices with low interest rate before covid, unlike you friend.

Good luck!

You want everything else to DEFLATE but NOT housing prices because as a MORTGAGE DEBT JUNKIE and a DEBT SLAVE you want to pay back creditors with devalued US Dollars and you want to feel RICH and successful owning mortgage debt.

You Knuckleheads are Pathetic. Mortgage rates need to go over 10% so that you Fools end up BANKRUPT for good. Sorry Ass Hypocrites and Shysters.
LMFAO
Good Luck!

You ENJOYED ZIRP manipulation very much, now ENJOY the other side of ZIRP, higher rates and DESTRUCTION of FAKE ASSET valuations.

Right? When we started looking late in 2017 a lot of people IRL said a correction (online it was a crash) was coming soon. Had we listened we would’ve been priced out for good. The house next to us recently sold and between the price (and property tax) and interest rate, their payment (if 5% was put down like us) would be 2.75x what ours is. Insane

Watch out! When everybody moved into Seattle there were all these con artists who - person #1 gives the bid, doesn't do it right, person #2 shows up, etc.

Yeah I missed the boat more than once waiting for a correction that never came. I finally wised up.
