Hello, my husband and I are looking to buy a house with quarters for my mother...I'm pretty internet savvy and I'm having a hard time finding anything...we're looking in the 600,000 range. We have yet to call a realtor, since we know they will be all over us like flies on you know what, and we are just looking right this second...we won't be ready to buy for at least a few months.
