We all need to write Xhibit and nominate Highwayman! With his notariety and righteous cause, he's a shoe-in to get his car fixed up. Imagine all the doggie gadgets they would install on pimp my ride...ha! I'm sure they could make an exception on the age for him (not sure on the car condition though.. might need to whack it on the door with a hammer a couple of times or something since they primarily specialize in 'aestetics' on the show).

"Fear no more - MTV wants to give you the hottest car on the block. We're gonna take that hooptie and pimp it out. And we ain't just talkin a paint job either. We'll hook you up with the hottest ride on the street with all the hot accessories.

If you are between the ages of 18-22, own your ride and live in the Southern California area, give us a holler at 310.907.2688 or send an email to pmrcasting @ mtvstaff.com.

If you do NOT live in Southern California please email pmrusa @ mtvstaff.com only.

Include:
Name
Age
Street Address, City, State, Zip
Phone #'s (Home, Cell)
Email Address

Description of what is wrong with your car (we are looking for body damage and interior damage)
Picture of the crappy car and its owner (Be it you or your friend) "

Usta be I cared more bout how the rig looked --

1984 spent quit a bit onit to make it "pretty" [ chrome redone, body smoothed, paint glistinin ]

1994 got HIT from the rear comin off the Coronado Bridge [ twisted the body - bent the frame ] but didn't diminish usefullness

now, with the damaged engine, it's just sittin

Shela & I are both pinin to be out "playin on the freeway" [ helpin folks ]

I'd LOVE to have it "usefull" agin -- pretty or not

need a 56 to 62 Y-block 312 engine folks, not cosmetics

shure would liketa git Jay Leno's attention -- I hear tell he's got a complete setup for rebuildin -- and the sources to GIT needed parts!

I have never heard of the "Highwayman" and I have lived in San Diego County for a long time. I live in the north county so that may be why, but I just want to say I think you are a wonderful person!!! Thank you for giving from your heart, San Diego is lucky to have you!!!

P.S. I am so sorry about Beulah, but glad to hear you are o.k.!!!

How sad.

What happened? I can barely make out the bottom of the sign. Does it read "S10" as in small Chevy pickup?

I am glad you are okay.

Here's to praying for a miracle for you.

Could it also say "S.I.D.", as in "Sudden Impact Death"?

The car may be out of commission, but we're glad you and your wife are OK, Highwayman!
