What kind of neighborhood do you live in in SA.? Ocean Beach is funky, gritty, fun restaurants/ bars- -you should check out North Park, Hillcrest, South Park, Little Italy & East Village downtown also. And Pacific Beach, North of Garnet Ave. These areas all have people your age . Good Luck
