I do have to say that I usually agree with jksouthbay 99.9% of the time because when it comes to Chula Vista he's the man....but this time . I have to disagree.

I lived At Canyon Villa for a year and found it to be a very nice QUIET place and the management doesn't put up with noisey tenants. Just be sure if you check it out not to get a place directly on Telegraph Canyon Rd because it can be noisy from the traffic I heard from others. We had a first floor apartment on the Cresent Rd side of the complex and it was nice having the shopping center right next door to get a cup of Starbucks coffee , shopping , haircut , fastfood , etc.

The management "BRE PROP" was on the ball with any issues or repairs which weren't many and overall I'd give the place a solid 9 of apartments I've lived in and we're military which means I've been around.

I would also suggest getting a garage or covered parking space , other wise there is no assigned parking. We got a garage and I think it was extra $75.00 a month.

We would have stayed there longer but we had a second child and moved to a house in Eastlake . Goodluck on the hunt and if you've never lived in the San Diego/Chula Vista area you'll love it for sure !!!!

How much is it a month?I have a friend that lives there and she does not like the quality of the building and all that, plus we both think it is ridiculously overpriced. But it would to be good to live on TC&Crest. That's an awesome location and easy to get in and out.Pretty much centrally located in the South Bay.I'm right up the hill(East H&Del Rey)and I love my easy access and location.
