Can any one recommend a good tattoo artist, that is not terribly expensive in the SD area?

Alright, I'll bite and make a recommendation:

NO ONE!

Tattoos are ugly, pose a health risk, restrict your job options and social acceptance factor (most of the time anyway), present great potential for regrets, and are horribly painful to remove. Or so I've heard...

On the plus side... wait, there is no plus side!

I understand this is not the answer you were looking for. However it will probably be among the ones that makes the most sense. Sorry to rain on your parade. If you already have tattoos then please ignore all of the above.

There's a couple of Tattoo parlors (is that what you call them?) in Pacific Beach. They look good in that they don't look trashy, but I really don't know how they operate.
