Not to sound rude, but seriously, who would get a tan super early in the morning, like pre-morning hours? Just seems strange, unless someone was looking for something "extra".

Joking aside, I don't think one even exist in San Diego.

Thanks for the useless advice to enjoy the sun. If I wasn't vitamin D deficient and I had a schedule that allowd me to do that, I'd love to sit in the sun. San Diego still has a long way to go before it can remotely be compared to say.. New York or at Las Vegas but thanks for taking the time to write.

Come on, those joints should be closed down for being a skin health hazard. Either drink some milk (lactose free if necessary), eat cheese, yogurt. Or go outside for a whole 10 minutes or so.

I highly doubt San Diego wants to be compared to New York or Las Vegas, at least not to the point of offering tanning beds at 3 AM.

To be serious though -- it would seem kind of foolish for San Diego to offer tanning salons all night (or at all.) It's the best area in the country for enjoying the sun (WAY more sun than NY obviously, and much more pleasant than the sun in Las Vegas). I realize that your schedule is probably hectic (as is that of many of us) but if you at all can find some way to squeeze some sun in, I highly recommend it. It's in abundance. You don't need to lay out on the beach for hours to get its benefits (though I know, that's nice.) For instance, have a picnic outside on your lunch break. Park further from work and walk. On sunny days I walk to school and it's over an hour away. It's not a matter of having the time (because we all have 24 hours in a day), it's a matter of doing what you know is best for yourself.

That being said, if it really is impossible to get sunlight, try castor oil. Don't swallow it! But soak a piece of flannel in it and then lay it on your skin. It has the same frequency as sunlight.

What crazy answers! Ok, when I was still in SD, lots of people used tanning beds, me included. It's much easier/less time consuming than laying out in the sun, plus lots of people work and don't have the luxury of laying out every day....not sure about 24 hour ones, but really, what lamo answers you all provided!

To the op, just look in the yellow pages online...it's less objective!
