Dude - the rocks right in front of the Childrens Pool are called Seal Rock. It doesnt take a leap in logic in why they were coined as such.

I think it's a incorrect leap in logic. The seals are at the Children's Pool only because it's more protected than other areas. It's more protected only because people put up a wall to make a protected area for kids to play at the beach.

The seals are welcome to hang around Seal Rock. Children's Pool ... not so much.
