My husband and I will be relocating from Boca Raton, Florida by the end of the year. We frequently go to San Diego several times and year and just love it there. My husband's brother lives there as well. My question is about La Costa condos. They seem to be reasonably priced for what you get. We have stayed at the La Costa resort and just love it. We met a couple in Florida who were from the Aviara area and told us to stay away from La Costa. A realtor in San Diego said that the people who lived there were odd. What gives?? Is it a good place to buy or rent?
