Yelp rates churches. You can do a search on 'catholic.' Here's an example:
Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church - Little Italy - San Diego, CA

How old are you? St Brigid's is very close to you has a HUGE Young Adults program
St. Brigid Parish - San Diego, California. They also have an older 35-55 yo programs.

Our Lady of the Rosary is the old Italian church administered by the Barnabites for the Diocese. It's noon Mass has lots of single professionals in attendance. It is also very popular with homeschooling families too so expect lots of moms with many young children.

The other churches which are close to you is the Mission Mission Basilica San Diego de Alcala
and Immaculata on USD's campus USD: Immaculata. Both are beautiful but not currently known for their YA programs.
