I am relocating to the San Diego area hopefully next school year, but if not, the year after. My son is nice, friendly, well behaved and makes friends easily but he has a mild-moderate learning disability which makes reading, math, speech etc. a challenge for him. He doesn't have ADD or any behavioral issues. I need school help and would consider private or public. I'll be hopefully working and living in Del Mar and could sure use some advice.

Hello. I am the director for NewBridge School, a K-8 program for students with language-based learning disabilities. We have a highly-trained faculty and extensive SLP and OT support. NewBridge School is a transitional program, with the goal being to teach students to be efficient and effective learners, and strong self-advocates, before helping them transition into larger, more mainstreamed programs.
