Hi Everyone,
My girlf. just accepted a RN position. I will be sticking around Oregon until I can find a job in San Diego. We are currently looking at San Carlos Townhomes in San Carlos and River Run Apartments..between Grantville and East Mission Valley. What do you guys think about these two apartments and please let us know if you have any other good apartments in mind.
We are two adult women in our mid 30's, that needs a safe and quiet place to live. We both work nights, we have an indoor cat, we would prefer 1bed/1bath, washer/dryer in the unit, patio or outdoor space. We would like to spend less than $1400/month. Your response is appreciated! Thank you BTW, love San Diego!

From what I heard River Run isn't all it's cracked up to be..
I know I mention these apartments alot, but I think they are the best for the money

La Mirage..1 bed/bath w/ washer/dryer and pets, townhouse style is about 1300 a month, it's in MV across from Qualcomm. You also get one-two parking spots

La Mirage is a fairly big party spot. I have been to a number of parties there in the past year. Management lacks something to be desired from what my friends say who live there. It's a great place if you are in you're early/mid 20s but I would not live there in my 30s. Just my 2 cents. Overall there are some nice looking places in mission valley but when you start looking at the reviews of these places they lose their luster real fast.

Thank you for your responses Yeah, we are both nurses, and we definitely need our sleep. My girlf will go check out either River Run or San Carlos...but thinking more of San Carlos so we will be closer to the hospital and nature..hiking & biking.
