Yup. So glad our beaches aren't like those in Miami, where it's all the same from one end to the other, and boring to boot.

The alcohol ban........if you are careful with what your container looks like a responsible person can still have a beer or too on the beach. Just keep it responsible. It gets sticky if you have kids. Now you are teaching them that disregarding the law is okay.

Five words: Fast food restaurant paper cup. It's kinda difficult for an officer to justify probable cause to pursue an open container ticket for a couple guys hanging out on the beach drinking out of a Subway cup.
