Well, Point Loma Nazarene is, but something tells me this particular poster is not looking for a religious-based education.
I think anyone who uses the word "funnest" should just apply to San Diego State and hope they get in. UCSD and USD would not seem to be suitable.

SDSU - party school, relatively difficult to get in for a CSU. A lot of SDSU students live in PB.

UCSD - good school, closer to PB but very hard to get in

USD - decent/good school, private, close to PB as well

Except for the fact that it's not near PB, it sounds like you'd like SDSU.

+1

SDSU has been nominated several times in the past for being one of the biggest party schools (I think Playboy Magazine was the one who gave them that esteemed nomination). However, I think they're really trying to get rid of that stigma with lots and lots of PR. If you check out Playboys "Girls Of" there's always SDSU students in there. I think one of the rankings the mag used was what the average length of time it took to get a 4 year degree, and in SDSUs case it was hovering at a bit over 6.5 years.

I thinking that your usage of "funnest" would make you a fantastic candidate for SDSU.
