I say report it. I was reading that they are starting to store it so that they can identify the tagger.

Default This is actually repairable

There are companies now that can remove the scratches without having to replace the glass. You just have to do your homework first as in any other service. Make sure they will guarantee the following:

They will not leave any discernible distortion.
No haze or swirls, even in early or late sun.
There will not be a mess or any running water.

I'm in the report it crowd. At least let the cops know those dirt bags are doing this in the neighborhood so when they do catch one of them there are enough dots to connect.

I actually spoke to one cop who was pretty clever. He kept seeing the same tag come up in his area. He went on the internet and found pictures of tags this guy had posted...tags that HE did! They did track him down and caught him! I see this stuff all the time. To the average person, this garbage has no significance but it means stuff to the guys who do it. I think it's like when animals urinate on stuff to mark their territory. Is it just me, or does it seem like people are acting more and more like animals..no, worse than animals.
Anyway, we just got a call yesterday that "Seersucker" in the Gaslight district, got their windows tagged with graffiti. Isn't that a pretty nice area? I've never been there. We're supposed to go down and fix them all up. Who's the famous chef that owns that place?

If you ever need graffiti removal off of glass, google: glass graffiti removal, glass graffiti repair, scratched glass repair. There are companies that can effectively restore the glass.

Too Funny, I've always wondered how big of a Can is it to contain a True Whoop-Ass
OP sorry to hear about the tagging, but I'm with the others saying report it to the Police. You're probably not the first tag by this D-bag, so they may be able to id the jerk!
