Hi there,

I paid for 4 Great America tickets (US$ 144) 2 weeks ago to San Francisco Chinatown, but I didn't receive the tickets.

Does anyone have a phone number of them, so I can give them a call?

Thanks!

Ulrik

What? Is San Francisco Chinatown a business entity? This post doesn't make any sense.

I had a similar problem. Nigeria called and said I owed him money, and we all know that when Nigeria wants his money he's gonna get it! Anyhoo, Nigeria told me that if I hurried and made my payment he'd throw in 2 tickets to Magic Mountian in LA's Little Tokyo! So I jumped at the chance, but I never received my tickets. Man, if only we were able to make sense of this!

No need to be a dip about it, the OP is from overseas and might not be completely fluent in English.

I'm assuming he meant he bought tickets from this website
Great America Tickets Discount San Francisco Chinatown - The largest chinatown outside of Asia

I unfortunately don't see any phone numbers listed, which is why the OP asked the question.

What the hell does that mean? Great America is a theme park in Santa Clara and Chinatown in SF is free.
They have nothing to do with one another.

This person is from the Netherlands, obviously English is not his/her first language.

Hey calm down. You should step off the internet for a bit if your feelings get hurt so easily.

Nah, I'm cool

Honestly, city-data has a lot of potential to be a great resource but it's always hovering right on the edge of slipping into complete douchedom, so I get antsy when someone asks a valid question and gets jumped all over by folks who have nothing constructive to add.

Unfortunately, that site says they're for the 2009 season - I think the problem may be that the deal didn't happen this year.

Ulrik, if I were you I'd contact Great America directly, and try to get a contact number for the Chinatown people. If that doesn't work out, I'd work with Paypal to get the charges reversed. Great America's # is (847) 249-2133. Or you can try the Chinatown Facebook page at San Francisco Chinatown | Facebook.

Thanks for (some of) the replies. It is indeed the website Great America Tickets Discount San Francisco Chinatown - The largest chinatown outside of Asia

I bought admission tickets with them for Great America which is theme park.

Apparently it is not a viable business, bit they are just ripping you off. OK lesson learned, first time fraud over the internet for me (after dozens of purchases that went well).

By the way, although english is not my mother tongue, I hope it's not as bad as some of you may think.

Regards, Ulrik
