That was for all those people who say "Cut your hair and get a job." Nice one, Timmy.

Because I live here and people I work with who never gave a damn about the Giants now they come to work in Orange and talking baseball. I could care less though, it happens in all sports, everybody is jumping ship on the 49ers also but will run right back once or if they start winning again.

Playoffs always bring extra interest from the casual fan, there's no need to call them bandwagon jumpers or front runners. If you didn't have people paying attention to the team, you'd be in Tampa Bay

True but they weren't even casual or knew who Lincecum is, just today I had to tell two "fans" who the long hair pitcher was. I mean who in SF doesn't know who Lincecum is by now?

If you've been a GIANTS Fan for any amount of time (fifty years for me) you know this is all going to end badly in a week or two.

So I just enjoy the moments as they come. Got two great ones already! Running down the Padres in Sept. and winning the NL West. And Lincecums pitching gem yesterday. Hope there are a few more to come.

GO GIANTS

LOL NO way the Giants are going to beat Philly. Philly is going to win it all again. But it's good to have 1 bay area team in the post season. Go Giants!

Are you talking about Giants fans who didn't care before or someone else becoming a Giants fans now?
