I can't really relate to the sue on the drop of a hat mentality that seems to prevail in certain regions of the US. Dropping a bowl of soup and pulling out your gun on someone who is on their stomach with cops all around and shooting it into their back is not an occupational error. It was either on purpose or one serious retard at the wheel. Quite different then dropping a bowl of soup. Your scary!

Mersehle was "supposed" to be trained with drawing firearms.

Oscar Grant was laying face down and handcuffed.

There was no reason for Mersehle to use "unnecessarry police brute force"

The value of a Grant's life is worth more than the weak sentence Mersehle received.

But then again, is there a value?

Oscar Grant was a convicted criminal acting like a gang leader on a public train. Mehserle was simply taking out the trash.

Your trolling is getting weaker and weaker, soon you'll be throwing around the N word in order to gain attention.

Mersehle is the trash.

And it's evident that you are following his legacy of trash.

Mersehle is the gang leader. And you must be his minutemen.

You are being ridiculous. He was not acting like a gang leader. From all accounts he wasn't even the one starting trouble, but was grouped with the men who were. His loss of life was a tragic accident. Were his actions worthy of being Tazered? Most likely, but I can't be sure. Even so the worst it would result in is some stinging and a lawsuit to BART for unlawful use of force. Did he deserve to be shot, resulting in death? No way.
