I agree and I also believe what you wrote and think of it as well while I am thinking the other thing while crossing that bridge

You work for the Red Cross? They will give you a lot of info.

You shouldn't let fear of quakes make you terrified 100% of the time. I was like that the first few years I lived in the Bay Area and it was tiring. After a while I just stopped thinking about it all the time which is what most people do here I guess. People are concerned about it but there's only so much you can do, and major quakes really are truly rare. I think you just have to hope that if one did hit, it didn't mess up the area you were in badly, quake damage can really vary from one nearby area to the next.

Definitely get an earthquake kit if you can, water is the main thing to stockpile then a few days of food.

Thank you!

Funny thing I think that my normal lifestyle creates a kit for me. I drink tons of water and thus have at least 8-10 gallons of water at my house every week. I eat a lot of fruits and veggies. I have a way to fly out of here ASAP. As long as I can survive it then I will survive until I can get back to my original home!

Wouldn't this give one more to legitimately worry about than an earthquake?
