I was looking around on the web for some nice hill pics of Daly City and the surrounding areas. I found this one Nancy climbing the first hill, Daly City | Flickr - Photo Sharing! (http://www.flickr.com/photos/tholub/5310362857/in/photostream/lightbox/ - broken link)

a really nice pic that is taken in Daly City. I can't find the street it's on but I felt so drawn to the compelling rows of homes, hills, and the beautiful bay in the background. so can anyone tell me where this pic is?

thanks

I would guess west of Skyline Blvd and maybe around Avalon Dr.

It looks like Skyline Dr. probably south of Menlo.

The top of the hill in the background is the end of Seaview Dr. The tan church in the middle left is the Korean Presbyterian on Northridge Dr. The orange backhoe looks like it's sitting on Avalon.

Maybe around this area?

Not to be nit-picky, but there's a street light on the right side of the street in the OP's original pic

esmith is correct, the shot was taken on Skyline Drive on the hill south of Westmoor. I'll geotag it. It was a surprisingly nice day; in fact we had great weather six of seven days on the trip, lucky considering it was December.

Glad you like the shot!

It's in my link too, but lower resolution of Google Street View obscures it. You can clearly see the tree on the left and two houses with brown roofs on the right.
