SF is so ridiculous, they can't even wait until full approval for kids.

San Francisco says children 5 to 11 will have to comply with proof-of-vaccination mandate

Now that children ages 5 to 11 can be vaccinated against COVID-19, the city says that the mandate will apply to young children in the near future.

"We definitely want to wait and make sure that children have an opportunity to get vaccinated," city Health Officer Dr. Susan Philip said during a Tuesday town hall on child vaccination. "That will happen no sooner than about eight weeks after the vaccine is available to kids. So there will be a limited time in which there will not be those requirements, but then at some point, 5- to 11-year-olds will also have to show proof of vaccination to access some of those same settings."

This'll probably knock 30-50% of the visitors, and 20-30% of locals, with kids from doing any indoor stuff.

That's cool. The Exploratorium and other children's museums will seem empty next time we visit, after the mandate takes effect. I suppose playgrounds and other outdoor stuff might be more crowded, though.

Hotels should be cheaper too, since there won't be as many tourists.

I guess we better visit those children's attractions soon, though, since they probably won't be able to stay in business for very long.

Maybe I’ll see where I can get or print one of those CDC cards for now.

No. Many places have been a lot more aggressive. Get off Faux News and read a newspaper once in a while, you might learn something.
