Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some opinions on the Willows in Menlo Park. I've read a few things regarding safety issues (a lot of burglaries etc) in the neighborhood, even west of 101. Anyone has insight into the situation? I'm want to raise a family there so clearly safety is a concern. Thanks!

Part of the Willows is actually EPA... the area on and above E. O'keefe between Menalto and University along with the area above Woodland east of University is called Over The Ramp (OTR). It's not one of the better parts of EPA. Personally, I would live below Walnut/O'Connor if I was going to live in The Willows.

East Palo Alto.

The Willows is definitely a borderline area, but I've seen far worse.
