I am a commercial and residential landlord in San Francisco who is routinely targeted by the San Francisco Building Department for unwarranted and frivolous complaints. I am constantly paying fees for inspections to take place where there is no existing building code violation. I am looking for other landlords who feel they are being unfairly targeted by the San Francisco Building Department. Are you being hit with unwarranted and frivolous complaints resulting in inspection and repair fees being levied by the SF Building Department? Please contact me if you feel you are being unfairly targeted, by tenants or the Building Department. Maybe we can do something.
