Are you kidding me? 30K rent/year or 2500/month a rent will get you nice 2 bedroom apartments anywhere in sunset and richmond districts. Sunset is not overhyped, overpriced like SOMA/Marina/Potrero hill... If you cant find an aparment you are just not looking hard enough.

A responsible pet owner is an oxymoron. Every single pet owner I see in this city thinks that we the non-pet owners must learn to live with dog feces all over side walks, beaches and public parks. I can't enjoy beach/park peacefully because someones ugly mutt is always running loose and jumping around and approaching me when I don't want it. These inconsiderate pet owners need to be fined and their animals confiscated.
