Shelter in place for parts of Contra Costa County, I believe.

I hope it doesn't increase the gasoline prices - ugh!

Used to be commonplace in Torrance. Earthquake-quality explosions, usually courtesy of Mobil. Chevron and Exxon had some fun blowing themselves up, too. Folks up here aren't quite as used to it.

Never seen anything like that before. I could very clearly see the flames (flames, not just smoke) from all the way across the bay in Russian Hill.
