It's does seem that way, but I believe that most African Americans that can actual afford San Francisco is attracted to Southern cities such as Atlanta, and there's nothing that African Americans feel is "out there for them" in a perfect world I would love to see San Francisco as well as all major cities become more diverse but unfortunately you have the Gentrification card that is very relevant is San Fran...

The black population of california as a whole has declined over the last several years and many are attributing that to the escalating costs of living in california. However how do you attribute the rapidly growing hispanic population? Many of whom come from poorer backgrounds themselves or recent immigrants, why are they thriving comparatively?
