Hey guys, im going to give you a few streets/areas and i would like to ask which one of these areas is the 'best/safest/most fun' area for a 1 month corporate rental situation. (starting in a few weeks).

If I was going to pick, I would go with 65th and Emeryville, if you are looking at the newer loft spaces over there. Shorepoint Court would be the safest and the most out of the way. You will need a car from that location. 65th, Christie and Shellmound will all be serviced by the Emery Go Round which is the free bus around Emeryville which can take you to the MacArthur BART station. All locations except Shorepoint will be close to the railroad tracks and 80 freeway so you will probably sleeping with your windows closed if you are sensitive to sound.
