Realtor recommendation Brentwood area 94513 (Concord, Antioch: short sales, real estate, foreclosures)

Hello,

We live in Antioch and are looking for a home in the General area of Brentwood, Discovery Bay, Oakley, Concord, Antioch, etc. So far we've been unimpressed with the professionalism of several listed on the websites serving this area.

I'm looking for a Realtor that someone can recommend based off of a couple of factors

1) The Realtor must be an expert in short sales, foreclosures, etc. due to the number on the market and must have actually done these before not just say they do.

2) They must be a person that will look for the home we want and not just sign us up for the email listings to pop up and let us find them ourselves, doing all the work.

3) They must be a great communicator!

If you have any from personal experience I'd love to hear who they are?
