Pretty much. Also this is a general trend across the country. Scores are up. Compared to other metros, Oakland scores significantly lower (L.A, S.F, etc).

Oakland still has an extremely high drop out rate, and very low graduation rate.

And those that only pay attention to certain national trends when they support their intended actions..

The high school drop out rate and the graduation rate has improved as well. More progress to make.

Oooooo I really like the remodeling of KIPP and West Oakland Middle School. Now if WOMS can increase its API to 800+, that'll be perfect.

If they can afford it. Head Royce is $30,000 a year. That eliminates lots of potential students.
