You aint lying. Oakland has many amazing bargains compared to SF but its disheartening to many buyers I know that the inventory of homes for sale in Rockridge and Upper Rockridge is so low compared to all the pent up demand.

There are no affordable homes in safe areas in Oakland. I've looked. I'm not talking condos, single family homes will run close to 1 million in a safe area.

The new addition to Broadway Grand will be between 23rd and 24th on Broadway. Hub Oakland, Numi Tea, Drakes Brewing, Labna (yet another Chris Pastena owned restaurant) and an unnamed gym have already booked retail and office space.
