Diablo in Contra Costa County has the highest average family income of any place I could find in the 20 largest metro areas in the country.

Incredible that Palo Alto made the list considering they have a much larger population than rest of the cities

I think I want to move to Strawberry. Can you imagine how fun it would be to say you live in Strawberry. I am sure every would think it was very sweet.

Burlingame consists of more rental units than single family homes. Many who rent in Burlingame don't have the high income that some of the homeowners have.
