Hi all. I have a job interview in the Mission on Thursday afternoon and I'm not quite sure how I'm getting there. I was hoping someone could help me figure this out.... I'm coming from Santa Cruz and unfortunately, public transit into the city from here is nonexistent.

The office is located just a few blocks from the 16th St Mission BART station.

Ideally, I would like to drive to a BART station on the Peninsula and take BART in. But can I count on any of the stations to have parking on a Thursday afternoon? I guess another, less convenient option would be to take Caltrain in and hop on the Muni. Would Caltrain be any better with parking?

If I have no option but to drive in, is there ANYWHERE to park around there? Even an overpriced parking garage or lot would be acceptable if one happens to exist. I'll only be there for about an hour. I really don't want to count on the parking gods if it can be avoided.

Is there any other logical way to get there that I'm missing? (I would obviously move if I were to be offered and accepted this potential job)

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Park at Millbrae. They have tons of garages, and peninsula BART parking tends to be way more available than at the east bay stations.

YAY!!! Thank you! Huge relief. I lived in the East Bay for 3 years before coming to Santa Cruz and was worried it would be impossible!

I usually take BART to the mission, but I've had good luck at the Hoff & 16th garage.
