I really don't like it either. I've actually never noticed it in the city but I do in Oakland. Assuming this is a serious post, just cover your nose and walk away if you happen to encounter it. It does not permeate the entire city, I promise!

There actually are people who are allergic to weed smoke. I know two such people personally. One of them had an asthma attack after traveling on an AC Transit bus whose driver reeked of smoke.
