If one has a dream of living in California but can't afford it, how is the solution not to commit a crime and beg the Defense lawyer to please let the prosecution win...please ...then I can be a San Francisco Californian and ride the Mason-Powell and Haight Ashbury Red Victorian and party on the wharf

Where is the jail in San Francisco though? It's not Alcatraz anymore. So during 1 hour exercise you can see Lombard Street and all that?

I love San Francisco but I can't afford to live in it but if I were in jail in SF then I can see the Giants play and get Chinese food and go to Golden Gate park on my 1 hour exercises

There are six active jails in San Francisco county.

San Francisco Sheriff's Department - Jail Information

Looks like you would enter the system at the one on 7th Street and end up in one of the others.

Not a BART station, but you can take the light rail train to downtown SF and the BART system.

I see "Lotteries" is a crime on the penal code

But the irony is if I establish a lottery, I can win a jackpot if I win (cash from lottery winning)

And if I lose, I can just turn myself in and get 4th street jail right? Which is also like winning a sort of housing lottery. So the answer is make a Lottery game and do it in SF instead of Las Vegas

Harrier saw that it is a crime to rescue someone from prison or jail.

It seems that if someone needs to be rescued, it implies that they are in some kind of danger.

Don't drop the soap.

Sort of seeing a major disconnect from reality here, but I kinda like the humor in the question.
