Last job was 9 months, this one I'm 10 months in looking at a promotion with multiple 10/10 customer service surveys, high performance numbers, and moving into a casualty field that has broad-reaching implications

I just can't afford to leave now, even though I want to, and at this point I'm not sure what I'm qualified for 2 years removed from college with just a B.S.

There has to be something within my company (in the top 3 for Insurance ...) that ISN'T in an actuarial office but utilizes my skills

Have you ever checked with start up biotech companies? If they have a LDT (Laboratory Developed Test) sometimes they need a statistician to help them establish validation metrics.
