Like I mentioned earlier, a lot of people love white winters. I know a lot of people who said they would never want to live somewhere where there isn't snow during Christmas.

Chicago is a great city, but the weather gives it a black eye. I'll take my chances with crime any day over guaranteed horrible weather. In fact, I do it daily and enjoy my life quite a lot.
