This isn't news, OP. The West Coast and Colorado have ranked as most health-conscious/highest percentage of in-shape ppl for decades. Parts of the NE rank highly, as well, usually.

I'm asking about San Francisco. I'm surprised it's ranked 14, I would have thought top 5 in the country and surprised it's behind a city like Tucson. I mean 14 is still good, but surprised it isn't higher.

I see what you mean. Yeah, I was a little surprised it wasn't a bit higher, but it's still in the top 15, if not the top 10. All those hills--built-in exercise!
